Laser process specialist

Responsibilities
Review & guide team members for preparing/ensuring customer DFM (design for manufacturing) submission for assigned stage of Laser Process (Welding & Marking).
Understands product design and assigns respective responsibilities to team members.
Review & guide team members for execution of design and execution of the DOE (Design of experiment) basis customer requirement along with process and product teams.
Unique Skill sets:
Technical Leadership
Lead laser process development and optimization for Laser Marking & Welding.
Define and control laser process parameter, optimization, and qualification strategy.
Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (8 D, FACA, Fishbone, etc.).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Design, Quality, Production, Supplier teams and Automation.
Represent the process team in design reviews, build readiness meetings.
Process Improvement & Innovation
Drive projects to reduce cycle time,...
