gap technical are proud to be representing this manufacturing business in their search for a Laser Operator to work at their facility based near Welwyn Garden City
Performance Objectives

• Understanding of 2D & 3D laser cutting programmes using Tru-Tops 3D software (knowledge of Boost software an advantage)
• Create nesting for laser cutting using Tru-Tops software
• Operating a Trumph Tru Cell 7040 laser (or equivalent)
• Load programmes /laser set up
• Set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance
• Report any maintenance issues to Line Manager
• Ensure all jigs and fixtures are stored correctly and are in calibration
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained
