Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay: $23 /HR - $25 /HR

Job Description:

+ Set up and operation of a CO2 6K Bystronic Laser (26' x 8')
+ Basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
+ Will be working with mild steel up to 1 inch and stainless up to 5/8 inch
+ Instructing material handlers on prep and set up procedures for efficient output

Essential Skills

+ At least 2 years experience in operation of a laser in a metal fab/production/manufacturing environment
+ Able to understand and interpret blueprints/shop drawings
+ Can work with team members and provide productive leadership instruction to more entry level team members

Environment & Shift:

+ Custom metal shop environment. Must be ok with a non-heated environment. Both bay doors are open in the winter time. Employees must be ok with working in cold weather.
