Laser Field Engineer

Summary
The Laser Field Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for laser equipment. In addition to field service duties, this role collaborates closely with the sales team to develop machine solution proposals for clients and supports cross-functional communication between manufacturing (in JB) and R&D teams. Responsibilities:-

• Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain laser equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Provide technical training and guidance to clients on machine operation and maintenance
• Work closely with Sales Team to analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions
• Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, showcasing system capabilities and answering deep-dive technical queries.
