Job Description

Large Mill Operator - nd Shift - $ plus $ shift differential
Who we are looking for:

We are currently searching for an experienced Large Mill Operator to be based out of Harvey, IL, located approximately  miles south of Downtown Chicago. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, this person will be responsible for operating, setting up and adjusting tube mill equipment and tooling. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of  years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, processing steel. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

What you’ll do:
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workplace by following S, Standard Work and wearing all required PPE.

Set up Tube Mill.

Adjust and operate all components areas of Tube Mill.

Ensure quality based on specification provided with work order.

Complete daily paperwork on time.
