The Large Correctives Technician Associate reports to, assists and supports the Supervisor of Large Correctives department in managing and coordinating the operations of the large correctives activities performed for RWE Americas Operations, in order to ensure safe and efficient operations, minimizing costs and optimizing performance in accordance with the RWE Americas mission and essential behaviors.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensures that all operations and maintenance activities are performed in a safe manner consistent with policies and procedures established for the wind farm site
Performs up-tower major component replacements on multiple turbines manufactures, including GE, Siemens, Vestas, Gamesa and/or Mitsubishi.
