Laptop Refurbishment Engineer

The following is a summary of the major functions of this individuals job: The ability to disassemble and reassemble IT equipment as required. Inspect, clean and prepare equipment for reuse. Evaluate equipment to determine if the unit is salvageable, and if not then its component level pieces should be salvaged. Provide accurate diagnosis for refurbishing service calls and make repairs to equipment as indicated. By bench testing each piece of refurbished equipment, you will ensure proper functionality before shipment. Attend / Visit on-site calls as per need. Advanced troubleshooting skills. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Engagement in special projects as assigned. Effectively document specifications and operating procedures.
