Language Quality Specialist

As a **Korean Language Quality Specialist** , you will work closely with the **Language Quality Specialist Manager** and the **Head of Quality and Compliance** . Your role will be pivotal in monitoring and improving the translation quality of our global supplier pool. By maintaining high standards for external freelancers, you will contribute to enhancing overall quality output and supporting a robust global quality management system.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Initiate Quality Feedback Reports and Improvement Plans for selected resources, collaborating with stakeholders including PMs, internal linguists, external reviewers, and talent managers.
+ Analyze language quality issues and develop global and local improvement strategies with project management and quality teams.
+ Support Talent Managers and PMs in anticipating and resolving quality issues.
