Job Summary

The Langham Hong Kong is recruiting management trainee in F&B division under Langham Leadership Trainee Programme (LLTP), the latest global talent development initiative, to develop high potential young talents who have passion in the hotel industry to cope with company growth globally and groom emerging talents to become our future leaders in 18-month development.

The successful candidates will be rotating between 3 prominent restaurants / services at The Langham Hong Kong within 18 months, Langham Leadership Trainee will be given unique opportunities to be equipped with foundational management skills in food & beverage operations. Upon completion of the programme, he/ she will be able to take up the role of assistant manager / supervisor, subject to performance evaluation, in one of the service teams to further individual career development.
