Landscaping Regional Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our operations in the upper Midwestern markets (IL, WI, MN, Dakotas and others) in partnership with our Service Providers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities maintenance services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with our company standards and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep understanding of landscape and snow management and operations, and have the ability to build and grow relationships within the market. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Manage day-to-day operations in the assigned region to ensure Service Providers are performing in accordance with company standards, policies, and client expectations.
