Job Responsibilities & General Duties

The main purpose of the job is to support and assist the responsible manager to maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Clear rubbish and leaves from shrub beds
• Water dead head tubs and hanging baskets
• Fortnightly grass cutting appropriately
• Litter pick centre and retail park shrub beds and hedges
• Maintenance and upkeep of shrub beds, trees, tubs, hanging baskets and upkeep of mowed area’s
• Weekly remove self sets
• Weekly tree maintenance
• Monthly hoe and weed beds
• Pruning
• Spraying
• Weed and make tidy tree pockets in car parks
• North Road bank maintenance
• Carry out practical landscaping and grounds maintenance duties
• Monthly maintenance of all climbing plants, make tidy and safe
• Assist with the site Bio – Diversity requirements...
