Landscape Foreman

The Pattie Group is looking for an enthusiastic, team player to lead a crew in completion of various landscape maintenance accounts and projects.

Must be eager to learn, grow and teach others.

Must be able to effectively and tactfully motivate and lead 2-4 team members in the completion of elite, high-end residential accounts in all aspects of the landscape management profession.

Must have significant experience in all areas including lawn maintenance, fertilizer applications, proper planting techniques, horticultural pruning, spring and fall cleanups, and snow removal.

Must have some plant knowledge, and be able to effectively communicate and interact with clients, and co-workers.

We are currently offering a sign on bonus based on experience.  Hours:
