We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Crew Lead to oversee daily operations for our landscaping team in Mobile, AL. This role is responsible for leading a crew, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining efficient project execution across residential and commercial properties. **Key Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and lead a crew of 2–5 landscapers on job sites
+ Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
+ Perform landscaping duties including mowing, edging, planting, pruning, and installations
+ Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
