About the Role
:As a Landscape Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing landscape projects up to $1 million in value. Your key focus will be to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate teams on-site, liaise with stakeholders, and play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of multiple projects.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage landscape construction projects (typically 1-3 months in duration)
Liaise with clients across commercial and government sectors (federal, state, local council)
Work closely with the Landscape Construction Management team to deliver on project scopes and time-lines
Interpret BOQs and coordinate material procurement with suppliers
Assess and manage project schedules, staff, and on-site resources
Lead a team on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work
