Landscape Architect

Actalent is hiring for a Landscape Architect! This person will be responsible for the following:
 Description

+ Develop site plans, layouts, and landscape designs for a variety of projects

+ Prepare construction documents including grading, planting, and hardscape plans

+ Design stormwater and sustainable features (bioswales, rain gardens, green infrastructure)

+ Perform site analysis including zoning, environmental conditions, and land use

+ Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and clients throughout project lifecycle

+ Assist with project permitting and compliance with local/state regulations

+ Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews

+ Utilize design software to produce high-quality drawings and renderings
