Summary:
The position will assist the land department in preparation of contracts, JOA’s, oil and gas leases, assignments, and other applicable documents. This role will review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals, troubleshoots and solves problems related to invoices and coding. They will respond to partner submittals and work across company disciplines including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations.
Job Duties:

This role will review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals, troubleshoots and solves problems related to invoices and coding. They will respond to partner submittals and work across company disciplines including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations.
Job Duties:
- Prepare complex and routine correspondence for others’ signature.
- Assist Landmen in preparation of more complex contracts, JOA’s, SUA’s, ROW’s, PSA’s, oil and gas leases, assignments, and other applicable documents.
- Review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals, troubleshoot and solve problems related to invoices and coding.
- Prepare and submit proposal letters to partners on well drilling, workover, completions, etc.
