Land Surveyor

Job Description

- Conduct topographic surveys and field data collection

- Process survey data into topographic maps and technical drawings

- Perform staking out for roads, buildings, and lot boundaries

- Calculate earthwork and infrastructure volumes

- Ensure construction positions and elevations are aligned with the site plan

- Monitor and measure contractor work progress

- Prepare survey reports and documentation

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic/ Geomatic Engineering

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Strong knowledge of land surveying and mapping techniques

- Able to operate surveying instruments (Total Station, Waterpass, GPS)

- Proficient in AutoCAD/Autodesk Land Development and Microsoft Office

- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera
