Land Surveyor

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles (Land use, housing and traffic patterns etc.)
• Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage
• Carry out site setting out according to precom plan, including building works for RC, architect and PPVC installation
• External works survey and control points monitoring
• Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project
• Manage mapping exercises and workflow that capture and create mapping datasets
• Liaise with project/site engineers on the preparation of survey reports etc.
• Assist QAQC team to check and verification of the alignment & accuracy of dimensions for all works.
