Land Surveyor

Land Surveyor – Contract or 1‑Year Fixed Term

We’re seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our clients civil construction team on a brand new project starting very soon. Reporting to the Survey Team Leader / Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate surveying services across a range of civil and earthworks projects.

This is a hands‑on role involving set‑out, earthworks calculations, as‑built documentation, topographical surveys, progress measurements, and stakeholder liaison. You’ll also mentor junior surveyors and help ensure projects are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and site set‑out for roads, drainage, structures and earthworks
• Prepare cut/fill calculations, survey reports, topographical surveys and as‑built plans
• Process survey data using Civil CAD, Magnet and Trimble Business Center
