  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. South Carolina Registered Professional Land Surveyor required.

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Land Surveying, Subdivision Mapping, Topographic Mapping and writing legal descriptions

  • Proficiency in the operation of Carlson Survey and GPS Equipment

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications.
