We are currently seeking an experienced Land Referencer to join our Stakeholder Engagement Team to support the delivery of all land related aspects of our projects from inception through to construction. This includes identifying affected landowners through a robust land referencing process, engaging with landowners to discuss the impact of the project on their lands, seeking consent from landowners to access private lands for surveys, and securing the necessary consents to acquire the land either through voluntary agreement or via the relevant statutory process. You will also support the delivery of the public consultation process, engaging with a range of project stakeholders including; statutory and non-statutory bodies, landowners, members of the public, community groups, and businesses....
