Land Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing land development
• Site improvement works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
• Ensures that land development projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, technical standards, budgets, timelines, and applicable government regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• With at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost management
• Proficient in MS Excel and relevant estimating or QS software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
