POSITION TYPE FULL-TIME
Under the direction and supervision of the Off-Reserve Jordan’s Principle Supervisor, the Land Based Worker will be responsible for assisting the Land Based Coordinator in the development and management of land-based activities and teachings for Off-Reserve Jordan’s Principle clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Collaborate, network and cultivate partnerships to ensure a comprehensive referral network for community resources

Assist with planning, implementing and evaluating land-based activities

Develop trusting relationships with youth

Assist in identifying barriers that may prevent children from accessing land-based activities

Utilize a collaborative Circle of Care approach to deliver services that includes a balance of interconnections and Indigenous Wellness Framework; Physical, spiritual, mental and emotional behaviours
