**Job Title: Lamination Technician**

**Job Description**

As a Lamination Technician, you will routinely mix and lay-up composite materials such as fiberglass, resin, and catalysts onto mold surfaces using hand tools. You will work with resin, gelcoats, fiberglass materials, foam, and structural adhesives.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform composite lamination using fiberglass lay-up techniques.
+ Apply vacuum infusion and open mold processes.
+ Handle resin, gelcoat, and catalyst application.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.

**Work Environment**

Work in a non-climate controlled, fast-paced environment. The role involves working at heights on platforms and lifting up to 50 lbs. Day shift hours are from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with potential work on Friday. Night shift hours are from 5 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.
