**Job Description**

The Lamination Technician operates and monitors lamination and coating equipment to ensure the precise application of solvent-based adhesives onto moving materials. This role focuses on maintaining consistent coating quality through careful machine adjustments, real-time monitoring, and efficient product changeovers, supporting the production of high-performance textile materials.

**Responsibilities**

+ Control the proper application of solvent-based adhesives to moving material running through a reverse roll coating head.
+ Observe and adjust machine settings to achieve an even and consistent adhesive laydown on the material.
+ Monitor the wet adhesive application for coating flaws and make immediate corrections to maintain quality standards.
+ Refer to a computer screen that depicts the adhesive laydown in real time and use this information to fine-tune the process.
