Position Overview

Summary

The purpose of this position is to ensure that the Lamination processremainssafely running and that the productremainsfree of quality defects.This position reports to the Lamination Lead.

Duties (Essential & Non-Essential)

Making machine/process adjustmentsonthelineand oncomputer.

Visual inspections of products for defects and grading.

Following specific instructions on each order.

Maintaining operation ofthe equipment through associate maintenance tasks and housekeeping

Achieving set quality standardsand raising the flag when outside of those standards

Overallvisual control of the assigned section of the line.

Jumping seams

Flying rolls using a gantry crane

Driving lift trucks to move inventorytoand from the line

Monitoring parameters such as speed,edge trim, unwinder change overs, materialprop...
