International Shipment Management

• Coordinate and monitor international maritime and air shipments across all stages: origin, transit, arrival and final delivery.
• Track critical dates: including shipment departures, transit times, arrival and last-mile delivery; to ensure contractual deadlines are met.
• Identify and promptly elevate operational deviations, supporting the team in implementing corrective actions to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain permanent communication with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Act as the operational point of contact between Trina Storage and external logistics service providers.
