Labourer - Trainee Machinist | Full Training Provided

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer who is ready to step into a long-term career as a Skilled Machinist within our stone fabrication factory. No previous machining experience is required - just a strong work ethic, good attitude and willingness to learn.

This role offers full on-the-job training, leading to operation and programming of CNC machinery including bridge saws, routers and unloading equipment.

About the Role:

Starting as a labourer / trainee machinist, you will support day-to-day factory operations and machine operation while progressively learning the skills required to become a machinist.

Initial duties include:

• Assisting factory staff with general labouring tasks
• Manual handling and use of power/air tools
• Loading and unloading materials (forklift & crane training provided)
• Keeping work areas clean, safe and well organised
