Are you a hardworking labourer looking for long‑term stability? We are currently recruiting for a reliable individual to join a major new commercial development in Kilmarnock.

This is an ongoing contract role with a leading main contractor, offering consistent hours and steady work for the right person as the project progresses through its main build phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe, tidy, and hazard‑free site by managing waste and clearing work areas.
• Assisting various commercial subcontractors (Groundworkers, Joiners, Bricklayers) with material distribution.
• Loading and unloading large‑scale commercial site deliveries.
• Setting up, moving, and maintaining site edge protection and fencing.
• Carrying out general welfare and site maintenance tasks as directed by the management team.
