About us

With a rich history dating back to 1923, Cavanna Homes is the South West’s largest independent house builder. We are family-owned and construct beautiful new homes that customers love.

We are now looking for a Labourer to join our team in Dorchester, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing

As a Labourer, you will assist with the successful delivery of construction projects at our Warmwell Rise site, just outside Dorchester.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting with general labouring duties
- Moving materials around the site
- Supporting the site team and subcontractors
- Ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of the site is maintained
- Working with project teams to meet customer expectations
- Operating within the health and safety procedures
