The project involves the removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes, and feeders and requires a Labour Relations Coordinator to conduct workplace investigations and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impartial workplace investigations related to:
  • Harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence
  • Union employee misconduct and policy breaches
  • Complaints arising under collective agreements
• Intake and assessment of complaints
• Define investigation scope and jurisdiction
