This temporary position reports to the Provincial Manager of Human Resources and engages with programs to manage labor relations complaints and policies. You'll lead investigations, facilitate grievance processes, and negotiate on behalf of the organization during collective bargaining. Two years of HR experience in a unionized setting is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on policy and collective agreement interpretations
• Facilitate internal grievance processes and dispute resolutions
• Lead investigations and workplace conflict resolutions
• Represent the organization in collective bargaining negotiations
• Advise on employee relations and workplace changes
