Become a vital part of Extendicare as a Labour Relations Advisor, based at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on employee relations, grievance management, and collective agreement support.
As a key member of the Labour & Employee Relations team, you will guide both Human Resources and Operations branches on various labour matters. Your expertise will be crucial in coaching management, interpreting collective agreements, and tracking grievances to enhance workplace harmony.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for HR and management on labour issues
• Coach management on effective team member management in unionized settings
