The Labour Market Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with employers to identify their current needs in hiring and retaining staff. The role will work collaboratively with employers, Employment Counsellors and other Labour Market Coordinators to help employers improve their hiring and onboarding practices. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, marketing experience and will build a strong network with employers, associations and industry professionals.
