Aerotek is hiring immediately for a laborer in Natick, MA area! The Construction Laborer supports commercial waterproofing crews by preparing job sites, handling materials, assisting with installations, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. This role plays a key part in protecting building envelopes from water intrusion on large-scale commercial projects by ensuring work areas, tools, and materials are properly set up and ready for use. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare job sites by setting up work areas, staging equipment, moving materials, and ensuring surfaces are ready for waterproofing applications.
+ Handle materials by loading, unloading, and transporting sealants, membranes, primers, tools, and safety equipment throughout the job site.
