**Job Description**

This position requires working Monday through Friday from 6am to 5pm with overnight travel being uncommon. The role involves performing and assisting with various duties on commercial job sites, including measuring and cutting materials for use.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform various duties on commercial job sites.
+ Measure and cut materials as required.
+ Comfortable working at heights and with general construction tasks.
+ Utilize hand tools effectively.

**Essential Skills**

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds.
+ Must be comfortable working at heights
+ Capability to read and understand measurements.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Previous construction experience.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Commercial flat roofing experience is preferred but not required.
