**CONSTRUCTION LABORER**

**$25/hr + TONS OF OVERTIME | DATA CENTER PROJECTS**

Looking for **long hours, steady work, and solid paychecks** ? We're hiring **Construction Laborers** to work on large-scale **data center construction projects** .

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

+ Prep dirt surfaces for concrete crews
+ Shovel and rake dirt to create a smooth, level base
+ Operate a **remote trench roller/compactor** (training provided)
+ Work alongside operators and laborers on a small crew
+ Support concrete and site prep activities
+ Follow safety procedures and keep the job moving

**WHAT YOU NEED**

+ **1+ year of construction or general labor experience**
+ Comfortable working with shovels, rakes, and hand tools
+ Experience in dirt work, landscaping, excavation, or construction preferred
+ Able to work around heavy equipment
+ Reliable and willing to work hard
+ Strong safety mindset
