Salary and Hours Typical hiring wage: $18.27 /hr at Step 1 to $22.33 /hr at Step 5, dependent on qualifications. Work hours: 40 hours/week. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Thursday 8:00 am – 6:30 pm. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage laboratory services within the clinic in collaboration with the Laboratory Director. Collaborate with the Nursing Clinic Coordinator to plan and develop laboratory services for children and adults in the Nursing Clinic. Manage and provide laboratory services in accordance with clinic protocol and procedures to meet client needs. Perform phlebotomy services for venipunctures and finger-stick draws on adults and children. Conduct microscopic examinations, urine and serum pregnancy tests, pap tests, hemoglobin tests, urine dipsticks, Alere rapid HIV tests, IGRA/QuantiFERON blood tests for tuberculosis screening, urine collection for chlamydia/gonorrhea testing, throat and rectal cultures for chlamydia/gonorrhea, sputum specimens for tuberc...
