Laboratory Technician

The client is a global leader in power semiconductors , with a strong presence in automotive, industrial, and energy-efficient systems . The Ottawa site focuses on high-voltage power device reliability testing , including GaN and SiC technologies .

Key responsibilities:

• Reliability Test Setup and Execution : setup reliability tests for high-voltage power devices, including but not limited to Dynamic High Temperature Operating Lifetime (DHTOL), High Temperature Reverse Biased Test (HTRB), and High Temperature Gate Biased Test (HTGB). Ensure that all tests are conducted in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Operation : Configure, operate, and maintain ATE systems to perform electrical measurements on devices after reliability testing. This includes loading & maintaining testing programs, verifying setup with reference samples, troubleshooting equi...
