Our client is a Bio-industrial corporation specializing in food science seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Laboratory Technician** to support our food safety, quality, and operational teams.

Located in Iowa Falls, IA

**12 month Contract with extension**
**Pay:** $15/hour
**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine analytical and laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
+ Conduct sample preparation including weighing and grinding of analytical samples
+ Execute analytical testing such as ash content, forced air moisture, and vacuum moisture
+ Monitor and verify instrumentation performance; perform calibration checks and basic preventive maintenance
