**Role Overview**
Join our innovative Catalyst R&D Group as a Laboratory Technician, supporting research scientists in synthesizing catalysts and delivering critical analytical data for the development and evaluation of new polyolefin catalysts. Your work will drive advancements in the Packaging & Specialty Plastics business.


**Key Responsibilities**


+ **Lab Operations:**
+ Operate, calibrate, and maintain catalyst analytical equipment and fluidized bed reactors (training provided).
+ Support plastics catalyst development projects from sample prep to analysis.
+ **Analytical Techniques:**
+ Utilize advanced instruments: gas chromatography, elemental titration systems, FTIR, and others.
+ Prepare sensitive catalyst samples using a nitrogen glovebox.
+ **Measurement & Documentation:**
