Laboratory Supervisor

Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Laboratory Supervisor for a food testing client of ours in the Columbia, MO area. Below are general responsibilities.
 • Responsible for a wide range of operational, leadership, and bench testing areas of the lab including but not limited to:
  ○ Operational:
   § Managing audits
   § Managing inventory
   § Scheduling & timekeeping for team of technicians
  ○ Leadership:
   § Train new & current employees best lab practices, test methods, formal SOPs, lab procedures, regulations, etc.
   § Conduct performance reviews with technicians.
   § Involvement in future hiring.
  ○ Assist technicians on the bench with sample registration & processing, PCR, plating, media, lab organization, etc., to ensure testing & results are hitting deadlines of the client.

Salary for this position is $64,000 annually.
