Your Role:

The Laboratory Specialist supports daily laboratory operations by performing hands on activities related to equipment readiness, material management, inventory control, and compliance within GMP laboratory environments. This role ensures that laboratory spaces, equipment, and supplies are maintained in a state of control and are available to support QC, R&D, and operational workflows. The Laboratory Specialist works under the Senior Lab Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant laboratory operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Laboratory Operations 
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards across assigned lab spaces. 

Monitor laboratory consumable levels, perform daily Kanban restocking, and ensure materials are within expiration and stored properly.
