Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day diagnostic laboratory operations to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery
Ensure compliance with quality control standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Optimize laboratory workflows and turnaround times to improve operational performance
Coordinate laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and utilization
Supervise, mentor, and train laboratory staff to maintain high performance and accountability
Manage stock, reagents, and consumables to support uninterrupted laboratory operations
