Join SGS New Zealand as a Laboratory Technician, with a key focus on Fire Assay and the preparation and analysis of geochemical and metallurgical samples.

What you’ll be doing
Preparing and analysing geochemical and metallurgical samples
Carrying out and supporting Fire Assay processes
Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to client requirements
Following Standard Operating Procedures to maintain quality and consistency
Meeting daily sample processing targets
Maintaining equipment, workspaces, and accurate records
Working within strict Health & Safety guidelines
This position operates on a rotating shift roster:
