Laboratory Assistant 1

Location: Greensboro, NC

Duration: 5 month contract

Pay rate: $ 22.75/hour

Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm

**Job duties for this position include:**

+ Assist with day-to-day activities in the Formulation Development Labs
+ Work under the guidance of Formulation Scientists and Lab Technician to prepare small batch size formulations and assess their physical properties
+ Record all results according to proper data storage guidelines provided and use available tools to visualize results.
+ Support quality assessment of products related to production or market support
+ Help the Lab Technician with maintenance of the labs (general lab and equipment maintenance, restocking, clean-outs, etc.), with a key focus on safety
