Description

The Lab IT Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration , support, and stability of laboratory IT systems and applications.

The role ensures reliable operation of lab applications and infrastructure, provides first‑and second‑line support to laboratory users , and acts as the key interface between laboratory operations and central IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and functionality of laboratory systems and applications, including onboardings, regular updates and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Write and review documents related to laboratory systems and applications (for example qualifications, SOPs)
