Labor Specialist, Retail Operation & Services

**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**

This role will be leaned on as the functional expert within Retail Operations for the use of the scheduling systems, managing labor cost to meet payroll budgets and operational assessments. You will be responsible to deliver deep dive analysis, manage workload planning and partner with finance to create store labor budgets.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a **Labor Specialist** . You need to have strong communication skills to become the hub of cross functional work. Leading communication in meetings with cross-functional teams such as retail team, finance team and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) will be required.
