As a Labor & Employment Attorney located in Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN, you will serve as a key advisor on labor relations and worker misclassification matters, bringing deep experience in collective bargaining to navigate a dynamic regulatory environment affecting platform based workforces.

While no two days are the same, you will advise on all aspects of labor relations including labor strategy, campaigns, contract negotiations, and grievance and arbitration proceedings and provide day to day counsel on worker classification issues under federal and state law. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, public policy, and people teams to create guardrails, draft workforce documentation, and develop strategies that support Shipt’s business model.
