Job Responsibilities

• Primary care and immediate response in first aid, initial assessment of incidents or ailments, patient stabilization, transfer decision (hospital/IMSS) – does not replace hospital care, only stabilizes the patient.
• Occupational health surveillance, medical examinations: Pre‑employment (if applicable), Periodic (according to risk), return to work.
• Monitoring of general illnesses that impact work, occupational diseases.
• Risk prevention (STPS code), identification of health risks.
• Evaluation of workplace conditions: ergonomics, lighting, work‑related stress, control recommendations.
• Incident and accident management: accident registration, cause investigation, trend analysis.
• Health and wellness programs such as health campaigns, vaccinations, basic checkups, prevention (diabetes, hypertension).
• Member of the Safety and Hygiene Committee: evaluating workst...
